ABOUT THE POSITION:
We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers in solving both simple and complex issues.
While this is an entry-level role, prior experience in customer service is essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of ITELVO’s customer experience.
IF YOU ARE/HAVE:
- Fluent in English language C1-C2 (any additional language is considered as an advantage)
- Highly developed skills in client management
- Ability to work under pressure
- A creative problem-solving mindset to understand complicated customer needs and are able to find the best solution
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and offer effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with product information, billing inquiries, technical support
- Assist in training our Junior Customer Support Representatives
- Full-time position, working from the office
- Day (8:00-20:00) & night (20:00-08:00) shifts
- 2-on, 2-off schedule (rotation)
