Requirements:
- English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence)English at B2-C2 level (negotiation, business correspondence)
- Any additional foreign language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Polish, Greek, etc.) will be considered as an advantage
- Higher education in sales/marketing (or related) will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong negotiating skills
- Ability to work autonomously and with tight deadlines, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction
- Strengthen relationships to improve customer retention
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
